I have been shooting archery for 19 years and enjoy the outdoors whether it be hunting fishing or camping with my wife and children. I first started bow hunting just to gain access to the big game woods like my Grandfather and Dad. Very quickly I realized my passion for archery was much deeper than just trying to harvest a deer. Soon after learning how to shoot I was searching for archery related activities to fill the gap between the big game seasons. This is how I discovered 3d archery. If one has never walked through the woods stalking foam you all are missing a chance to not only sharpen your skills but also spend a day amongst friends and fellow archers.

Advice to Archers:
My advice to a fledging archer would be practice and have confidence in yourself and equipment and try to find a good mentor. But most importantly have fun at it. Dont get caught up in being a gear dork!! Thats code for have fun with it all!
